We are looking for Medical Aid Consultants who:
– Make clients feel supported
– Respond with urgency
– Remove friction
– Build relationships, not transactions
– Are easy to work with, for our clients and teammates alike
The following will ensure your success:
– 4 years minimum experience as a Healthcare/Medical Aid Advisor within a brokerage environment
– 2 years minimum experience leading a team of Healthcare/Medical Aid advisors
– RE5 Qualification
– NQF5 in Wealth Management or similar qualification
– Own Vehicle
– Class of Business in Healthcare Services
– Passion for strategic service excellence at senior manager & director level
– Strong people & communication skills
– Self-driven, coachable & ability to develop others
