HC GRADUATE

ASI Group is seeking an enthusiastic HC Graduate to join our Human Capital Development (HCD) team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate with a passion for serving others and regularly impacting people’s lives. In this role, you will gain depth & breath of exposure, as the ASI Group consists of three verticals – branching into financial services, property management and the ICT environment. This unique position provides an opportunity to experience diverse Human Capital functions across multiple sectors, enhancing your professional growth and understanding of different business environments.

REQUIREMENTS:

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or
• Business Administration.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have completed a 1-year internship in HR.
• Familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite, including
• Microsoft Outlook.
• Place of work: Bryanston, in office.
• Working hours: 08h00 – 17h00
• Salary range for position: R10 000.00 – R12 000.00
• Valid drivers license and vehicle advantageous

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• HR Administration: Maintain accurate HC records, update employee databases, and assist in the preparation of HC documentation.
• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Assist with recruitment efforts, screening candidates, and coordinating onboarding activities.
• Employee Engagement: Support initiatives aimed at promoting employee engagement, wellness, and professional development.
• Learning & Development: Contribute to the design and execution of training programs and developmental workshops that cater to diverse industry needs.
• Project Support: Work alongside HC professionals on strategic projects that enhance organisational performance and efficiency.
